Clear pricing, quoted before you travel

Every reservation is quoted in writing and confirmed before you book. No meters, no surge multipliers, and no line items that appear afterwards.

How Pricing Works

Two ways we price a journey

Which one applies depends on the shape of your day, not on how busy the city happens to be that afternoon.

Most Common

Flat Rate

Point-to-point and airport transfers

A single fixed fare for a defined route, agreed before you confirm. It does not move for traffic, time of day or demand.

  • Quoted on route, vehicle class and passenger count
  • Unchanged if the journey takes longer than expected
  • Tolls and gratuity itemised separately, not hidden
  • Meet-and-greet and child seats priced up front
Full Days

Hourly Rate

Chauffeur held on standby

Billed by the hour against a minimum booking, for days with multiple stops or a schedule that is still moving.

  • Hourly rate and minimum confirmed with your quote
  • Car and chauffeur stay with you between stops
  • Add stops on the day without re-booking
  • Extend on the day if the schedule runs long

What Shapes a Quote

Five things we price on

Send us these and we can give you an accurate number quickly — usually the same day.

01

Route and distance

Where you're going from and to. Airport runs, cross-borough trips and journeys out to Westchester, Long Island or New Jersey all price differently.

02

Vehicle class

A Business Sedan and an Executive Sprinter are very different vehicles. We'll recommend the smallest class that comfortably fits your party and luggage.

03

Duration or stops

A single transfer prices as a flat rate; a day with several stops is usually cheaper as hourly hire.

04

Number of vehicles

Weddings, corporate events and group transfers are quoted as a coordinated schedule rather than car by car.

05

Extras you've asked for

Meet-and-greet inside the terminal, child seats, additional wait time or specific vehicle requests — all priced before you confirm.

Pricing Questions

Before you ask for a quote

Because a published table would be wrong for most trips. Fares depend on route, vehicle class, duration and how many vehicles are involved — so we quote each reservation individually rather than advertise a number you'd have to correct later.

Usually the same day, and often within the hour during business hours. For a single airport transfer, call and we can normally quote you on the spot.

Not on a flat-rate transfer. The fare you agree is the fare you pay, whatever the traffic does. Hourly bookings are billed for the time the chauffeur is with you, which is why we recommend hourly for unpredictable days.

They're shown as separate line items on your quote rather than folded into the fare, so you can see exactly what you're paying for.

Yes. Companies with regular ground travel are set up on a corporate account with agreed rates, consolidated monthly billing and trip reporting for expense reconciliation.
