01 — Booking
Making a reservation
How far ahead to book, how to change plans, and what happens once you've confirmed.
Twenty-four hours ahead is ideal for a single vehicle, and same-day requests are often possible depending on availability. For weddings, multi-vehicle bookings, holiday weekends and major event nights, give us a week or more so we can hold the right cars.
Often, yes. Call rather than emailing for anything inside a few hours — dispatch can tell you immediately what is available and how quickly a chauffeur can reach you.
You receive a written confirmation with your quote, vehicle class and pickup details. Ahead of the trip we send your chauffeur and vehicle information so you know exactly who is collecting you.
Yes — call or email and we'll adjust it. Cancellation terms depend on the vehicle and how close to the pickup you are, and they're stated on your confirmation so there is never a surprise.
We do — reservations, changes and dispatch run around the clock, every day of the year. That matters most for 4am departures and flights that land long after midnight.
02 — Airports
JFK, LaGuardia & Newark
Flight tracking, meet-and-greet, wait time and where to find your chauffeur.
Yes, in both directions and to every terminal. JFK arrivals take longer to clear than the other two airports, so we time the pickup against baggage and customs rather than against the wheels-down time.
Yes, across Terminals A, B and C. LaGuardia is the closest airport to Midtown, which makes pickup timing the difference between a short run and a long one — we plan around the approach roads that back up.
Yes. Newark runs cross the Hudson, so the tunnel decides the journey time. We route around it where possible and build extra margin into departures so a Newark flight never becomes a sprint.
Yes. Add your flight number to the booking and we monitor it from departure. Early, late or diverted, your pickup adjusts automatically — you don't need to call us from the plane.
Curbside at the designated pickup area by default. With meet-and-greet your chauffeur waits inside the terminal at baggage claim holding a name sign, then helps with your luggage to the car.
Complimentary wait time is included on airport arrivals, measured from when your flight actually lands. The exact allowance is confirmed on your quote.
03 — Services & Vehicles
What we offer, and in what
Hourly hire, corporate accounts, events, and which vehicle suits which trip.
Six classes: Business Sedan, First Class Sedan, Luxury SUV, Executive Limousine, Stretch Limousine and Executive Sprinter — from three passengers up to twelve. Full details and capacities are on the fleet page.
Yes. Hourly hire keeps one car and one chauffeur with you across the day, with a minimum booking confirmed on your quote. It's the right choice for multiple stops or a schedule that is still moving.
Yes. Corporate accounts include consolidated monthly billing, traveller profiles, priority dispatch and a named account contact. Companies with recurring travel are usually set up within a day or two.
Yes — weddings, galas, corporate events and private parties. Multi-vehicle bookings are planned as one schedule with a named contact you can reach on the day.
The Executive Sprinter seats twelve with room for ten bags. Beyond that we run multiple vehicles on a coordinated schedule so the whole party arrives together.
Yes — rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats. Tell us the ages when you book and the seat is fitted before your chauffeur arrives.
04 — Area, Pricing & Practicalities
Where we go and what it costs
Coverage across the region, how fares are calculated, and payment.
All five boroughs — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island — plus JFK, LaGuardia and Newark, and journeys out to Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut.
Point-to-point and airport trips are quoted as a flat fare based on route and vehicle class. Hourly hire is billed by the hour against a minimum. Either way you get the number in writing before you confirm.
No. A flat-rate fare is fixed when you book and does not move for traffic, time of day or demand. There are no surge multipliers.
Major credit cards for individual reservations, and monthly invoicing for corporate accounts. Payment details are arranged when your reservation is confirmed.
Yes. Every chauffeur is licensed for for-hire transportation in New York and background-checked before their first reservation, and every vehicle is commercially insured.
